Research And Implementation Of Cooperative Office Automation System Based On .NET

Along with the development of the computer network, information technology, and the modern management theory, Enterprises know more and more about OA (Office Automation) and gradually apply it. For some time, the Office Automation system plays an important role in helping enterprises improving office efficiency, and causing office work towards standardization and institutionalization, and aiding decision making.However, the OA systems expose a lot of problems. From the perspective of application of OA, the systems been invested a lot, but receive undesirable consequences, and many systems are low-level, and redundant construction; some OA systems copy foreign technique, ignoring local company's characteristics. From the perspective of technique, OA systems are weak in flexible construction function. When the user demands change, the changes of system need the developer solving. The traditional OA systems have few development tools, and deeply depend on platform, and are difficultly connected with other information systems. Lots of them have been built on C/S architecture, which cause to spend more time to maintain and update difficultly. On account of these problems and based on enterprise's demand, this paper presents a Cooperative OA System, which is easily expanded, and flexible. The details of research work covered by this paper are as following:1. After researching on the development of OA, and analyzing the shortcomings and limitations of traditional OA systems, presents the characteristics of Cooperative OA System under new technique conditions.2. Researching on form and workflow technique, and referring to the workflow reference model presented by Workflow Management Coalition, this paper presents architecture of workflow management system, which is based on form. In this architecture, by dividing process definition and form definition, the complexity of workflow engine has been reduced, and the workflow engine's efficiency has been improved.3. After formulating the design discipline of Cooperative OA System, finish the system's overall design, which includes system network architecture and system software architecture. This system adopts three levels B/S architecture, including presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. 4. This paper also analyzes the key problems of the system, including process model, and the strategy of activity handling, and the right control of form.5. Design and implement the Cooperative OA System, which has been applied to Powrise Software Company, and received great effect.
