| The control of quality plays more and more important role in the production of drip irrigation tube.The missing of the drip holes and its own weakness are the main elements to influence quality of drip irrigation tube.By reason of the improvement of production's rapidity,the traditional manual method of testament can not satisfy the demand from control of quality.The enterprises of drip irrigation tube's production have had some common understanding in the research and exploiture for the automatic online testament of drip irrigation tube's product line,which have significant effects on the improvement of products' quality,the raise of producing efficiency and the decrease of labours' intensity.The thesis researched technology of automatic online test which is on the basic of machine vision,puts forward whole plan,introduce the structure of hardware and software in system,and design some hard wares which are needed by system.The main contents are follows:①Research the whole process of product line,and find out some problems in product line.②Put forward the whole plan to examine weakness(slit,pore) and warn mainly by transducer based on the principle of air bubble according to the existed weakness of drip irrigation tube.③In allusion to the situation of the missing of the drip holes,this thesis designs a group of professional examining equipments to examine mainly by closing to switch transducer.④Design the procedure,set the permissive amount of the missing drip holes in the stated length,and design the touched-screen to point out the position of the missing drip holes.This thesis designed a set of automatic online system for examining the product line of drip irrigation tube.The research methods in this paper achieve successfully the examination and recognition of weakness of drilling machine in the process of production of drip irrigation tube,and also satisfy the automatic online examination of the product line of drip irrigation tube.Therefore,it is worth to be popularized and applied. |
