Machine visual inspection is one of important research areas ininfomration processing fields.According to bottles' features,the paper mainly uses the technologies and methods of digital image processing to develop a system of flaws detection for the tubular bottle and propose a new scheme for the whole tube-type bottle inspection system.The paper's work as following:1.Collect tube-type bottle image in adopt closed darkroom with a diffusion illumination method,meanwhile the experiment flat room are designed by adopting PC,camera and illumination systems.2.The paper main studied that adopting the method of morpholoqic couple wavelet to prove the image filter image filter,adopting Winner Filter,OTSU and Canny edge detection were chosen as the main arithmetic for the image processing after comparing every arithmetic,comparing the adopting classic arithmetic to deal with the edge detection to adopting multi-scale characteristics wavelet to deal with the edge detection.3.The bottle size computed after comparing the ways of adopting the tab way of direct scan and aopting area boundary perimeter,then meared the bottle mouth size and orientation by the arithmetic of proved Hough. Detencted and picked up character by templet matching,seed filled,the method of circularity part and pick-up framework,analyzed the measure erroe.Besises,edited the application interface.
