This paper chooses the transportation physical simulation system as the research object, selects the Matiz simulation vehicle SP3-XT to be the vehicle prototype. This paper designs the master control circuit board, and develops the control program, to do research to the control system of the simulation vehicle.First of all, this paper introduced the transportation physical simulation system, base on the research and analysis of the design target of the simulation vehicle subsystem, this paper designs the system function of simulation vehicle. The main contents include the introduction of the sand table simulation platform and the RC car selection, vehicle body mechanical structural adjustment and the overall design.Base on the analysis of the main content and design targets of the hardware system, the Papers also designed the hardware of the system. The power modules, DC motor drive module, steering control module, speed testing module and the wireless transmission module was introduced in detail. Finally, this paper gives the picture of the control board PCB hardware entities.Base on the analysis of the main content and design targets of the software system, this paper also designs the software of the system. The C8051F MCU initialization program, DC PWM-control program, servo control program, speed testing program, wireless transmission program design was introduced in detail.Finally, in order to achieve the two control modes of the simulation vehicle, two experimental schemes were designed to test the control system, and then this paper gives the test results of the simulation vehicle control system. The results show that, This simulation vehicle including the various aspects of advantages, such as sensitive responsive, convenient control, and can be expanded capacity, meeting the design requirements of the transportation physical simulation system.
