A new generation of networked multimedia technology have supported to the development of distant education, the Modern Distant Education based on digital media, computer networks, the teacher and students will be separated by data mining and modern communication technology.And make them exchange of knowledge under the status of separating.The paper first proposes the research background of the distant education, analyses the presentsituation and demand for development of the distant education.especially analyses the existed technical questions and difficult problems while studying the distant education.According to presenting state of the Radio and Television of chongqing University, and bases on analyzing the platform function fully,the author give a new data management method of the distributional three architecture,and also designes a three-tiered structure of online teaching visible answering system.The essential part of the Q/A system is real-time transmission of vedio and audio.In this paper,the author analysed the technology of DirectShow,MPEG-4, encode/decode of Xvid and the protocol of transmission and designes the video and audio Q/A system framework and the data processing technology.using the parallel synchronized mechanism to achieve video and audio data synchronization.and proposed two method for file transfering and real-time transmission for data transmission,at last,chosen real-time transmission strategy by experiment.After analyzing the constitutes of DirectShow profoundly.the author designes the program of video and audio collection,encoding,network transmission and playback,using component technology for designing broadcast screen,whiteboard,and file-shared of visual education.the distant education system used RTP/RTCP transmission control protocol,summarized the methods of video/audio data network transmission congestion commonly,used the method of sliding control at the receive end and achieved good test result.For protecting the rights of student, the author dsigned oubled identity identification for diatant education system.the second rekey designed in this paper is given by USBKey,it is proposed a dynamic of the encryption scheme in the paper. What hardware development for USBKey choice is ZLG Corporation PDIUSBD12 chip and the P89LPC932A1 single chip, chosing the hardware circuit which designed by other members, the author given the methods of designing the end firmware in USBKey equipment and the first floor driven,especially researching the DES encryption algorithm.it is implemented the DES algorithm in VC++6.0 and give the test result, it is demonstrated the fast feasibility of DES algotithm.The paper introduced the method of database exploitation of the system simply finally, and carries on the statistics of the learner behavioural data with the database module technology .it has obtained the good test result.
