Research on the method of electromagnet scattering from randomly rough surfaces has been attacting more and more attention in recent years, due to its extensive applications to spheres of meteorology, oceanographic, environment, military and many other important areas. The paper major in numerical method of the rough surface scattering, which focus on the method of moments. This paper use statistics parameters of rough surface to construct model, which include rootmeansquare height, length and rootmeansquare slope .It describe detaily that how to use method of MonteCarlo to construct the mathematical model of one-dimensional and two-dimensional Gaussian random rough surface by Matlab.According to the Maxwell's equations and boundary conditions, it derived the equation of the rough surface scattering and discrete equation of moment method. Given the derived process for method of moments, which including matrix of discrete, the solution formula of the matrix elements. In addition, the paper also gives a numerical calculation methods and procedures for the preparation.Based on the series of theoretical model and certain parameters, calculate the one dimension of the Gaussian rough surface scattering factor by numerical. The analysis of results proved that the numerical model of MOM is correctly. It is also be helpful for the depth study of the two-dimensional rough surface-related issues and establish the platform for the MOM simulation. By the simulation, there are any difficult in application, which approved that the algorithm research and development of the software platform for the MOM development is very important .
