Clinicians have been working at how to treat vascular lesions, one of the most common congenital malformations in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery, safely and effectively. With the development of laser medicine, lasers have been applied more and more in skin cosmetology. 595nm dye laser and 1064nm long-pulse laser used in treatment of vascular lesions have been developed greatly.It is demonstrated in clinical researches and experiments that the combination of 595nm and 1064nm is more effective to treat vascular lesions. 595nm dye laser can convert blood to a combination of Methemoglobin(Met-Hb) and thrombus, make it a better target for 1064nm long-pulse laser. The absorption of 1064nm is increased by approximately 3-5x over that of normal blood. The increased absorption brings the treatment enhanced efficacy with reduced side effects.The aim of this project is to design a control system for a dual wavelength laser which combines the 595nm and 1064nm. This laser should output laser with balanced and exact energy, and cool the treated site effectively.It is firstly introduced that how laser react with human tissue of skin, and what the medical lasers'development status and trends are. Then the thesis promotes the design ideas in 595nm-1064nm dual wavelength laser control system. Within the hardware and software design, the thesis analyzes key technologies and difficulties in system design, and puts forward corresponding solutions, then designs and realizes a control system for a dual wavelength laser which can effectively treat vascular lesions.The content and innovation in this thesis are as follows:(1) Carry out the hardware and software design in embedded system of ARM processor by modular design. Analyze difficulties in every system module, and then promote solutions.(2) Realize dual wavelength laser output by controlling modulator.(3) Realize balanced and exact laser output by control system. The project designs and adopts two patents with independent intellectual property rights to ensure the balance and exactness of laser output.(4) Analyze the anti-EMI solutions in system hardware design.(5) Analyze and predict the applications of 595nm-1064nm dual wavelength laser in vascular lesions.The 595nm-1064nm dual wavelength laser combines 595nm dye pulse laser and 1064nm Nd:YAG laser. It effectually save the space and cost, and can emit dual wavelength in one laser system. The energy detecting device for pulse laser and the method of multi-pulse laser emission with balanced energy significantly enhance the balance and exactness of laser energy.
