Supervision of construction machinery is becoming more driven by information, intelligence and networks.Construction machinery involves many kinds of machines, but their general characteristic is to be used in the field,with a wide scope of movement.As the supervisor,they must mastery real-time techniques information and supervise produce process.First of all,this paper introduces the technology development and direction of construction machinery overseas.Then expatiating on the meaning of long-distance supervision of mixing equipment in construction machinery by intelligence.At one time,introducing CAN-bus as one of excellent field-bus.Taking stabile clay mixing hostel as the subject,this paper brings up constructing scheme of embedded long-distance electronic supervision assistant based on ARM processor andμC/OS-Ⅱ. Through analyzingμC/OS-Ⅱdeeply by system characteristics,kernel structure, operating principle.Modify the kemel files ofμC/OS-Ⅱrelated with ARM processor. Thus,complete theμC/OS-Ⅱsystem transplantation by design configure and startup codes.Based on technical process of stabile clay mixing hostel,this paper design a embedded long-distance electronic supervision assistant.The system taken the ARM chip LPC2290 as the core,viewedμC/OS-Ⅱas software platform,designed with methods of hardware combined with software.It mainly includes:CAN-bus communication,data storage,LCD display,keyboard/mouse interface,GPRS remote Communication and so on.The human-machine interface of this electronic supervision assistant is friendly and its communication is rapidly,access method is convenient.The access of this system to supervisor object was to be a CAN-bus intelligent node.And the necessary information could be obtained via short message of mobile-phone to supervisor by GPRS teehnology.With minor alternations to the software/hardware of this system,it can be deployed to other construction machineries,thus increasing its relevance.
