Research On Tester For The Cold Filter Plugging Point Of Diesel Oil

In the 21st century,the diesel oil,as an indispensable energy,is wider used in our lives. Nowadays,cold filter plugging point(CFPP) of the diesel oil,which is closed to diesel's actual lowest temperature,is the most important index that could measure the diesel's low-temperature function,and it has been popularized all over the world.However,the credibility of traditional test method with complex operation,is low.So it is very necessary to design an accurate and efficient test system of the CFPP of diesel oil.This thesis mainly focuses on the working principle of the test system of the CFPP of diesel oil and the basic knowledge involved in its design process,and detailed analysis and design has been carried out to the test system.According to the practical situation,via analyzing the actual working process of the test system of the CFPP of diesel oil,the test system in this article includes the tester and PC detecting system software.The tester mainly accomplishes detecting the various parameters of the CFPP of diesel oil.The PC system software is to analyze the experimental data and observe the testing process,as well as can control the tester.The main control unit of the test system adopts the 16-bit MCU MSP430F169 of TI Company,which has abundant resources and strong anti-jamming ability.Many measures are taken in order to enhance the anti-interference reliability of the system.In hardware system,it uses the 12-bit ADC within the MCU to gather and convert data of temperature,uses ZMD31050 to process pressure signal,uses infrared detection for real-time control of the oil pumping,uses semiconductor refrigeration for real-time control of the oil temperature,and uses independent power supply structure of analog linear power supply and digital switching power supply,coupling separation and shielding to improve the anti-jamming ability of the system.In software system,the test system adopts C430 which can greatly simplify the system design by modular design and program transplant.PC system software is programmed with Visual Basic language which can gather,save,print and observe the data easily.Through debugging and running,the test system has the characteristics of higher reliability,easier operation and friendly interface between human and system.It improves the working efficiency and the accuracy,achieves the desired purpose,and has good popularization value.
