As the development of science and technolog growth rapidly in the 21st century,mankind has entered the information society.The media industry which as the important transition media has changed rapidiy.The function of opinion supervision and market-oriented of media industry of social construction have played more obivious role.With the pace of china's reform and opening up,and the determination of the direction of China's economic structual reform,the media industry in China has entered a crucial stage.China's media industry must not only to speed up the reformation and development of their own,but also to deal with the competition from foreign corporations.How to speed up the process of China's media industry and how to reinforce the international competitiveness of media corportion have become an urgent problem to solve by China's government.With the establishment of a number of media groups at the beginning of this century,China's media industry become more stable.The media industry has not been expected to develop by leaps and bounds,but the appearance of backward of the traditional planed system of regulation,inadequate supply of formal system,the prevalance of the media industry "unspoken roles"and the market rent-seeking behavior,have seriously hindered the development of China's media industry and impair the advantage of the media industry.The purpose of industry regulation is to eatablish fair competion order in the market.Health operation rules can provide a good competitive market enviorment.China's traditonal regulation model can not apply to the development of China's market already.In order to the healthy and rapid development of the media industry,we need to establish a regulation system which apply to the market order,fair,transparent and open,to build a market enviorment and market order which hold a line with the object reality and effectiveness.In order to solve the problems in this reality,this article will focus on industry in China how to reform this problem,trying to made depth annlysis of industry regulation problems and the direction of the reform measure.This article is composed of six chapters,the first chaper is the article introduction which mainly introduce the background and research meaning of China's industry regulations.So that we can have a general understanding about the existing problem.Make clear the theoretical and practical meaning to China's media industry.In chapter two,I studied the evolution of regulation of demestic and international,and made a general summary about the achievement.Making an adequate theory preparation for media industry regulation.In chapter three I studied the nature of media industry,and compare to other industry to find the charicteristics in common and differences.Specificity of the media industry through the analysis of the importance and the need for regulation in media industry.This provide a basis for why we take regulation in media industry.Chapter four is the main body of this article.I use a large number of words and summrise the status of China's media indutry through the use of the related model of nature monoply industry to find the root reason in dilemma of China's media industry,and the right way to slove the problem.In chapter five,In order to find out the shortcomings,and the theoretical and practical basis for China's media industry,I compared the regulation similarities and differences between Chinese and western media industry.The last chapter is chapter six,in accordence with the shortcomings and inadequacies,and the status of China's economic markets,I put forward my own view for the development of China's regulation of media industry.
