The significance of developing this sunrise industry vigorously is vital and the profound, as it was regarding national politics, the development of economical and the entire society. Media industry in China has been in ascendant nowadays. It had become the potential the growth spot of the national economy. Specially, china media industry market will gradually open after join into WTO. The competition will be inevitably intense with facing the challenge from oversea media-group.
