The Research On The Design And Implementation Of Realty Information Management System Based On TGIS

With the enhancement of cities' economy and scale,and the fast modernization of cities,the scale of real estate in city is becoming more and more large,and the requirement of real estate information management increases quickly In order to keep the information updated and the reality of data in management information system,and to study on the development of the real estate trade and to help the government make macroscopic decisions,the real estate information system should be able to update and manage the history data,which propose a challenge to develop a real estate information system.The spatio-temporal GIS technology brings it to a horizon.This paper tries to find a new resolution to solve this problem relying on the temporal GIS(TGIS).We do the requirements analysis of the realty management,and then use the Object-Oriented Approach to conclude the key objects of the realty management,as a reault,we designed one set of effective data structure basing on the platform of the RDBMS and GIS.This paper focuses on the secondary development and implementation of GIS based on MapObjects,and takes the GIS platform of realty information management system as an example to study on the system design, development and implementation.Design process,including system object,principle of design and overall framework is discussed;various components of the system and the system's main functions are expatiated.In this paper,the final development is the use of visual language VB,combined with MapObjects,as today's popular development tools,to realize the map display and management,query statistics,thematic map production and map output,those basically meet the needs of the user's day-to-day needs,increasing the flexibility of the system. Based on the actual situation,the system modules of the distribution are free arrangements,reducing development costs,extending the function of the system,and tone up system of interactions.Due to the characteristics of software component,the system is easy to extend,is easy to upgrade by way of amending some components.GIS will eventually be integrated into the traditional real estate information management system;and taking a GIS interface with the traditional advantages of property management system,for the realization of the transitional from the traditional real estate information management system to based temporal GIS real estate information management system laid a solid foundation.
