The system is designed to avoid violation and to facilitate the management of exchange market of house property, it also follows the trend of informationization and standardization of management.This paper analyse the current problems faced in developing this system , Applying current software development technology and focusing on system function, analyse and designe the system framework and architecture. Using the object-oriented method,this paper analysed the system requirement,identified the system use case model and thus set the system class and object.
