The Research And Application Of Sweater Network Customized System Based On SOA

With the development of the national economy and widespread exaltation of the people's living level,more and more people are pursuing to the characteristic dress.The traditional way of mass-producing a popular style results in a great deal of stock put off and causes the production cost of the woolen sweater rising.Therefore,the traditional produce and sale process needs to innovate urgently.This article uses the latest software architecture theory: service-oriented architecture(SOA),XML,Web services,Enterprise service bus,Business Process Management and other related enabling technologies,share resources and services,using enterprise service bus integrating different hardware and software platform,as well as different geographic location of the sweater manufacturing enterprises together. Through business process management,the paper also implements smart and actively logic business;In the end,the paper proposes the SOA application solutions to realize the integration of sweater customization-production -sales applied in the sweater factoriesThe solution will be distributed from the concept of shop-class distribution,the distribution of factory-scale expanded to a regional distribution.With the internet protocol and web services technology,any manufacture functional entities distribute in scattered regions can be involves in the manufacture platform and participate in the manufacture activities.The solution also using Web Service fully inclusive of the various functional components of the heterogeneous,making different systems and applications both can interact with each other based on standards-based XML message.Service Bus technology reduce the coupling between the distribution systems,makes more scalable platform.The design and implementation of services is the most basic and most important in the service-oriented architecture.From the needs of the actual business for sweater customized network system,relying on services in the design and implementation of the principles of technology, the paper designs and analyses typical services of the sweater customized network systems and third-party platform,providing some base resources for the ultimate integration of the enterprise service bus.All the services are exposed to the outside in SOA,any system can call web services,especially for web services of external network,so the security becomes very important at this time.On this condition,the paper carries out a special study.In the end,the paper selects the message-level encryption protocol(WS-Security)to ensure the security of services.With the adoption of BEA AquaLogic Service Bus for the deployment and centralized management of Web services,using BEA AquaLogic business process management Suite for combination of business processes,through the use of Struts,Spring,Hibernate framework for the realization of specific system functions,the paper has carried out the sweater customized network system platform of the integration of sweater customization-design--production--sales applied in the sweater factories eventually with across different hardware and software platform,as well as different geographic location of the sweater.On the test shows that the platform system of the sweater customized network system has the excellent performance on reducing the difficulty of developing,enhancing flexibility,scalability and reusability area.The research and realization of sweater customized network system base on SOA is a bold attempt for Traditional manufacturing Reform.
