In the textile industry,the structure of fabric analysis is usually analyzed by workers so the analysis procedure is very time consuming and inefficiency.In order to improve the efficiency,digital image processing is utilized to achieve automatic recognition of fabric structure parameters.It plays an important role to improve automation and artificial intelligence in textile production process.A method is introduced to recognize the interlacing point of woven fabric automatically.Firstly the fabric image was decomposed in the horizontal and vertical directions by using filter windows.Secondly a binary algorithm and a mathematical morphology algorithm are used to locate the interlacing points. Finally the type of interlacing points is defined according to the gray level difference of yarns and the characteristics of interlacing points.It has been verified that this method is feasible for plain,twill and stain fabrics.In the first chapter, different image analysis methods for fabric construction recognizing are introduced.The experiment equipment and image pretreatment including histogram equalization,wiener filter are introduced in detail in the second chapter.In the third chapter we use the winner filter,mathematics morphology analysis and related algorithms to process the transmitted light image in order to realize the interlacing point localization.In the fourth chapter the ups and downs rule of the single line yarn is recognized through the statistical information of the single line yarn and then obtain the type of the interlacing points,output the corresponding plan of weave finally.In the fifth chapter the adoptive method are discussed by fabric construction,the color of the fabric,the magnifying and different recognizing area.In the sixth chapter,the conclusion of this paper is concluded. Further more,the next step of this project is showed.The algorithms and technique routes provided above have certain theoretical value and use for reference.Especially pattern draft recognition method has some innovation in this field.For more complicated weave fabric,it also has a good recognition result.So it's valuable for popularize.
