Kiln is the building materials of metallurgy,chemical industry,the core equipment.With the diameter of its round of changes will directly affect the normal operation of the rotary kiln and security.In this paper,the mechanical design and single-chip interface technology,knowledge and control,respectively,both from the mechanical parts of the rotary wheel with a diameter measuring system is optimized.
