Coal handling system transporting materials is absolutely necessary in modernindustry, and restricts production efficiency and quality. Coal handling system hascharacteristics of a number of equipment, long lines, poor working condition,complex management and high safety requirements in the large enterprises. Therefore,it is significant to have a very efficient coal handling system for industrial productionenterprises.This dissertation has made research on the design and development of integratedcoal handling system. The research takes as its background integrated coal handlingsystem of Shandong Long Fu oil shale comprehensive utilization Co. Ltd. The mainwork of this paper is as follows:Combining the characteristics and process requirements of integrated coalhandling system, Architecture and function of the coal handling control system isdesigned, the overall structure design, functional design and platform selection of thecoal handling control system are completed. The control system is designed to processrunning monitor level and process control level, The detailed function is designed, Aredundancy controller of S7-400and a S7-300series of controllers are adopted asplatform of the subject.Based on the above design, Integrated coal handling control system is developed.A object-oriented method of programming is adopted to finish Interlock controlprogram of the various process equipment by STEP7software. On this basis, Themonitoring interface of the process, analog signals of operation panel are developed.It is very easy to control relevant equipments by these HMI, making production safeand successful.
