The Study On Taper Detecting Method Of The Liner

The liner's taper parameter impacts to the further improvement of the missile and the cannonball's performance directly, however, the current taper detection means is quite behindhand. The taper detection has already become the main factor which hindered from improving the cannonball performance further.For resolving it, this thesis mainly carries out careful research and innovation in the taper detecting method of the liner in theory. And designs a suitable method for the taper parameter measuring principle of the liner and a detection system. The measuring method and data disposing method are introduced in this thesis . For the liner's taper parameter measuring, we bring forward creatively new method that is measuring liner's taper by means of measuring the generatrix of liner and fitting the line equation using the least squares techniques, then count the equal value of multi generatrixs. The thesis designs the system circuit of the taper detection of the liner containing hardware's design and anti-jamming step and software flow chart.
