For the time being, because some of 3D imaging technology particularity, it is widely used in 3D imaging technologies are also unable to meet some special areas of use. in practical application, close contact with higher-precision measurement of the widespread demand exists in many fields, such as the visaul-reporting system for backing cars. In fact the products in market can be applied to some special road-surface, and there has some flaws. But nowadays there hasn't made a low-cost, simple structure, higher accuracy, easy assembly of the measuring system.In introducing the regular method of 3D rangfinder on the basis of the existing 3D imaging method of limitations, and studys the three-dimensional structure-ranging system.In this paper, method of triangulation, liner-laser combined with single-camera are utilized to obtain 3D location. The full text describes on the subject of detailed studies in five parts. The first part introduces the location of the triangle theory and the parameters of the whole system, at last analyzing theoretic measurement error of the entire system. The second part introduces the hardware design of the system. Through the three-dimensional specific analysis of the location system, choosing the suitable components, and analyzing the key components of the three-dimensional measuring system, such as CMOS cameras, lasers and the stepper motor drive circuit design. The third part introduces the software design of the system. The images collection and post-image processing algorithms are also analysis detailedly. The forth part introduces the calibration method of system. Before the work of the system, calibration is a critical aspect and the performance of calibration results directly affects the measurement results. The fifth part introduces the entire system and measurement of results, analyzes the error and gives methods of the elimination of error. Finally, making a conclusion of the system, and further discussing the improvement of the system.
