As the develop of the society and the progress of the technology, the applications of biological recognization technology become more and more wide, due to its unique advantages, Vein recognization technology become a very important field of study. So this thesis proposed a realization program which extract vein images device from the finger of the hand.At first, followed by amount of experiments and article reading, I selected an CMOS image sensor that can meet the require of the project, and designed the data receive circuit, data storage circuit using FPGA .As well as the interface between image acquire device and data process device. Then processed timing simulation for the design.The text also discussed which part of finger can get the best image, then proposed the idea of mechanical design of the device.Experiment results show that the device is able to display relative clear vein image in the condition of near infrared, and it has more advantages in high S/N and controllable read out rate. |
