Biological recognition technology applies more and more widely in company with the social development and technology improvement, vein recognition technology has become an emerging research field because of its unique advantages.This thesis gives an image collection method which is high proportion of performance and price with the aim of the vein image information collection. According to the characteristic of the near infrared image, a system of near infrared image collection based on visible light CCD is designed. The system includes sequential control circuits and digital signal communication circuits with the core of the FPGA, Butterworth low pass filter circuits and analog digital conversion circuits and so on. Sequential control circuits are able to be a solution of the CCD driver circuits and analog digital conversion circuits sequential control; digital signal communications circuits achieve the FPGA and DSP signal communication; low pass filter circuit and correlated double sampling circuit restrain a part of the high frequency noise and 1/f low frequency noise effectively.Related experiment results show that the system design is able to collect image information and restrain noise effectively, the further studies can take it as the foundation.
