Turntable is one of the key parts that can not be absent in aerocrafts semi-material simulation, it's trait qualities have a direct relation to reliability and confidence in simulation experiments, it is the basement to insure the accuracy and performance of aerocrafts, digital turntable researching has very important application value in aviation and space industry. This paper is based on some real project, in order to settle simulation experiments on earth,performance testing and precision calibration problems of solar sensor, we researched a two-axis digital turntable control system.We designed two closed loop control systems—velocity loop and position loop based on AT89S51 single chip microcomputer, using master-slave control structure and serial communication, realized accurate control to position and velocity of solar sensor. Deeply researched control algorithms, designed a fuzzy self adapting PID controller and did simulation experiments. We detailedly analyzed errors of the system, theory analyzing meets actual measurement, satisfying the system demands of turn angle resolution 0.001°and turn angle position precision 0.005°, settled attitude control problems of solar sensor. |
