Disaster is the shadow of human beings. No matter how human culture has been developed, it always follows with us. Focus on,face to and fright with the disaster is the only way we can choose.When disaster befalls, the public opinion usually mutates, which may have negative effects on society. At this urgent moment, news public opinion guiding is very needed to guarantee a health and stability society. News commentaries of TV is so called"the visualized political comments"that like a hussar takes a great responsibility in the public opinion guiding of disaster.This thesis taking news commentaries of TV as an example, to analyzing and investigating on public opinion guiding of disaster of China. This thesis gives study on the effect of disaster and the law of movement of public opinion, to discuss the advantages and function of news commentaries of TV. With the comparison and construct in the difference of reports of disaster between China and West, to find a suitable way to report and comment on disaster. The introduction of disasters, such as flood occurred in 1998,SARS and bird flu to give some suggestions and assume on news commentaries of TV of disaster of China.
