During the first half of the 20^th century, two great men who were going to alter the future and open up a new page for the country were born in Chinese history: Sun Yat-sen and Mao Zedong. They spent their whole lives, one after another, in seeking a path of prosperity for the country and richness for the people, which makes them the leading figures in Chinese modern history. Of the two, one overthrowed the feudal system, and the other one founded socialism; one is respected as an all-party idol, and the other one is honored as the new China founder. Sun Yat-sen and Mao Zedong, as two great men of the 20^th century, contributed greatly to the history development of China.They are not only great revolutionists but also outstanding journalists, newspaper and periodic socialists as well as propagandists. During their legendary lives, both of them were enthusiastic at journalistic activities like publishing newspapers and periodics, writing political articles.
