In recent year, it is becoming very complicated in the figuration, stress status, terminal condition and other aspects of the airborne craft as airplane and guide missile, so it is important to analyze the aerodynamic force during the development of the airborne craft. Traditional testing method is only adapted for less test points and the distribution of the test points is not dense, it can't meet the needs of testing when the number of the test points is great and the distribution is dense. In order to make up for the weak of the technology, a belt-type sensor array based on MEMS sensor for aerodynamic force parameter testing of the airborne craft is designed. The sensor array can test the pressure, strain, vibration, and temperature of the airborne craft surface.At first, the thesis expounds the hardware design of the sensor array with excessive parameters. The entire design proposal is introduced in detail, and the design of the testing node unit is illustrated through the aspects of device selection, signal conditioning, test circuit. Because there are non-liner and temperature drift problems in resistance device, digital signal processor is used for signal conditioning. The thesis illustrates the principle and process of calibration and temperature compensation.The main control cell of the system adopts the 8 bits MCU-C8051F410 which has abundant resource and strong anti-jamming ability produced by the company of Silicon. The system software design based on build-in real time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱmakes the design process of application system predigest a lot, system resource used better, expandability as well as real time ability improved much, system easy to maintain. The transplanting of the real time operating system, mission division, and resource management are discussed.Finally, the thesis introduces calibration theory. Repeatability error, liner error, uncertainty, and calibration curve for each kind of sensor are calculated through large quantity of experiment data.By practically debug validation, the advantage of the testing system is as follow: high testing accuracy, reliable performance. It can test excessive aerodynamic force parameter for the surface of airborne craft and has large value of popularizing and applying. |
