The paper researched about the FPGA function structure, the principle of design,the DSP connection,the IEEE-754 standard,and deeply studied the foundation of floating number and matrix operation as well as hardware programming language. According to the characteristic and the principle of the matrix operation,discussed the hardware design aspect about the concrete core component structure,characteristic and software aspect about the cycle of design FPGA,the controller and the hardware programming language of the Verilog HDL,determined the design method of the floating point and matrix operation based on the FPGA united the Verilog HDL.And simulationed operation results in the Quartus II,it has carried on the analysis in the multianalysis various modular structures and in the operation process foundation. then,carried on each kind of simulation experiment in the test system,and carried on he data which gathered to the analysis and the summary.This circuit design realized the test separately through the kind of the matrix algorithms using FPGA and MATLAB.It had proven in this design the matrix operation speed real-time and highly effective,raised the system resources using factor and the system reliability.It can build the good foundation that the research in each domain for the present on project,military,communication and so.
