An emergency communication network framework composed of two data sharing centers and three-layer network is proposed, according to the thorough investigation of the emergency communication network and actual demand in power system. The emergency communication network between provincial power company and municipal power company (or substation) is put forward, based on the existing communication network, wireless communication technology and satellite communication technology. Factors which affecting the network invulnerability are intensively analyzed, and then a series of measure index for network invulnerability, such as node invulnerability degree, link invulnerability degree and network invulnerability degree, are designed and simulated in the purpose of analyzing the network structure quantitatively. The evaluation model of network invulnerability based on connectivity is put forward. The comparative analysis of invulnerability between the designed network and the exiting network is given. The designed network is simulated and the key factors, which influence the emergency communication, are researched. |
