Grey predictive control theory looking for in the law of the system development and changes from its own conducts occurred in features to predict the future behavior of the system, and then according to the forecast value determine the decision-making of control. This predictive control theory does not need to master priori information of the plant model. This control system is to focus on the future conduct of the pre-control, is an advanced control. It is a control system with highly adaptive, versatility, real-time and accuracy. This article will introduce several methods of control which combines grey forecast and traditional PID control, fuzzy PID control fuzzy, immune PID control, and then apply those methods to the main steam temperature control system. The simulation results show that those methods have a better anti-interference ability and robustness. At the same time, a fuzzy self-tuning step controller is relied in this paper. The simulation results show that this method can be a very good complement to the grey model.
