Research On Access Networks Multiplexing In Triple Play

With the digital communication technology developed and appeal of network service diversification increased, Triple Play is gradually become the technic renovation hotspot that people pay attention to in the field of networks. In this paper, it makes a detailed discussion on the background and actuality of the Triple play,transmission characteristic of the three nets signal,multiplexing,access networks multiplex in Triple play. It gives a theory discuss on the feasibility and reality of 3-in-1 network. On the ground of these analysis, an effective project of Triple Play based on GPON was brought forward. In the end, a system of multi-service multiplex based on FPGA is schemed out. Compared with xDSL, this design offers wider bandwidth. Beyond Ethernet and speech signal, it also provides RS232 asynchronous data transmition. This design is a multiplex system that realized by single-chip FPGA and transmited by fiber, so it can be used as a transition production of fiber access networks from xDSL to PON.
