The Migrant Workers Under Sight Of "Southern Weekend"

Migrant workers has grown rapidly into a huge number of social group as a new social strength on the stage of history.The survival status and important position of them produced the news topic filled of them.Naturally,these news phenomenon caused the focus of media,and then the emergence of a large number of relevant reports in media. By these reports,the migrant workers are concerned by society widely.However,the real situation of migrant workers hasn't been improvement fundamentally,or even,in a way the trend of further marginalization.How to adopt the perspective to cover the reports of the migrant workers? How to improve the situation of the migrant workers in the extent? Or,the media is how to push them the marginalized position continually due careless.In other words,the communication effect of these reports need the academic world to study at the academic level.From the practical level,the media should how to pay attention to the group continually,and how to organize the relevant reports.These questions are worthy of our consideration.This paper applicant the methods of empirical research,in the case of "Southern Weekend",through the analysis of during 24years(1984-2008)' relevant reports,outlined Chinese media reports situation,experience and default.Article content is divided into five chapters,and the four chapters of those are used for detailing to descript the main part.The main content of the chapterⅠis the description that the background of the migrant workers'birth and character of them, while describing the policy changes which the migrant workers and the relevant media reports.ChapterⅡbeginning from the first-hand data,to descript the situation of media relevant reports.In chapterⅢ,the media reports are researched via the fragment theories, and the key points are in the way of material and spiritual,and the neutral power of them is rarely mentioned by other acdamic,so it is one of innovation in this article.ChapterⅣattempts to sum up the characteristics of "Southern Weekend" reports,and pondering.And the author's opinion on media reports in chapterⅤ,that is,to let the media into the migrant workers,and the migrant workers approaching the media.Hoping these ideas could provide the relevant reports with constructive comments.
