The wind distribution effect of wind distribution device for boiler should be detected by testing wind speed,wind flow and wind pressure of inner wind field with 7-hole probe before new boiler was put into use or cold inspection for overhaul.The 7-hole probe locating system used by testing wind speed field characteristic accurately was described in the paper according the actual need.The overall structure scheme were proposed after analyzing the operating principle of probe locating system in the paper.The structure of axial feeding system,rotary feeding system and radial feeding system were designed on details and the pivotal components were chosen.The overall control scheme based on hiberarchy control and AC servo drive were presented.The mathematical model of the PMSM was established,and vector control was introduced in the paper,and the controller of current loop,speed loop and position loop were designed.Under the MATLAB7.0 simulation environment,the simulation model of permanent magnet AC servo system is established,and then the speed loop and position loop experiments were also executed and analyzed.The hardware system and soft system for probe locating system was designed,and composition and working principle for hardware system was introduced too.The achievement method for position servo system was analyzed, and the control circuitry for electromagnetic brake and power circuitry for console were designed too.According to control aim of system,the main program of locating system,initialization calibration program,locating measurement and auto-measurement flow were designed.Because the rotary body had an impact on the wind vector in the process of measuring,the results of the wind vector were analyzed and amended through the coordinate transformation.The prototype for probe locating system was studied,and the human-computer interacting interface is developed by LabVIEW software,and locating experiment for AC servo system of probe was carried out.The experiment result showed that the servo system has a good stability and a high controlling accuracy,which put the foundation for the whole system's debugging in the next step.
