Simulation is an important method or realized the realize world. It has been proved that successful simulation application can bring prominent economical and social benefits. Sufficient correctness and credibility are essential to a successful simulation and a vital simulation system. How to evaluate the correctness and credibility is an important problem during development of simulation theory and technology all the while.First of all, the basic concepts of the credibility and fidelity will be introduced. It take VV&A method as a starting point in the study of credibility, and combine with V&V and T&E technology in the modeling and simulation, and technically analysis the various stages of development in the process of simulation of system. It also introduced the relationship between these technologies. Finally, If there is no complete VV&A plan, it is necessary for the credibility of the assessment on the basis of Combining with the basic knowledge of the credibility.Thirdly based on the character of simulator, It is indexed that the simulator as a complex system , the evaluation method should be combined with subjective expression and objective measurement, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, integral method and partial law. applying the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, similarity principle and grey relational analysis to evaluate the unit system of simulator from different angles.Finally, the AHP method has been introduced to calculate the fidelity of complicated simulation system: by dissembling the function hierarchy of the system and comparing the relative significance among the function modules, the judgment matrix is constructed .Then, by sorting the weights and verify the consistency of the elements of each layer, the combined weight of the credibility of each function module to the credibility of the whole system is obtained. Based on the idea, the AHP credibility algorithm is presented and its application to the evaluation of simulator credibility is offered. Solves the theory realization problem by designing the aided software of feasible degree assessment of submarine voyage training simulator. The software, which is designed under the standard of software engineer theory by multi-program languages developing method and the functions are modularized, realizes the arithmetic in this paper. Completing design of the assisting software about the assessment of the credibility.
