In recent years,for the control problem of heating,ventilation and central air conditioning system has been very difficult.The central air conditioning control system is a multivariable nonlinear control systems.Its control object is complex,being difficult to obtain accurate mathematical model of control object,therefore,the traditional control algorithm is difficult to control.And intelligent air conditioning control step by step to develop in the direction of rapid,high power,high precision,make the technology gradually perfect and mature both in theory and application.Aiming at the complex control system,designs a intelligent industrial air conditioning control system based on PID neural network.This paper analyzes the coupling characteristics of temperature and humidity control system,in view of the traditional algorithm has some problems,put forward to the combination of neural network and PID controller of intelligent control algorithm,it specifically for complex nonlinear control system.Identified with DSP as the control system of the main controller,single chip microcomputer as the controller design scheme.First in terms of hardware design,design the overall structure of the whole control system,and then according to the control accuracy and the actual needs of various modules of the control system of temperature and humidity device selection and circuit design.Temperature and humidity control system mainly consists of main controller part and from the controller part.Main controller consists of main controller module,power supply module,communication module and other peripheral circuit module.From the controller consists of CPU,power supply module,the temperature and humidity acquisition module,stepper motor driver module and communication module.In the aspect of software design,this paper is divided into the temperature and humidity monitoring and control process.Is the use of sensors to monitor temperature and humidity monitoring,the monitoring results to the display.Temperature and humidity control is to use the PID decoupling control algorithm based on neural network control system.This algorithm fused the PID control law in the hidden layer of neural network,a new neural network.It the PID neurons of hidden layer are defined as different activation functions,make it have a certain relationship with proportion,integral and differential.PID neural network in the process of positive and reverse calculation,through constant training and learning,trim the connection weights between neurons,which controls the system to achieve optimal performance.In this paper,the temperature and humidity control system was tested and validated.After experimental comparison,the control system design scheme is reasonable and reliable,and convenient debugging.it is practical,being able to meet the needs of the central air conditioning intelligent control. |
