Computer tomography (CT) is an important non-destructive testing techniques (NDT), Industrial CT (ICT) are computed tomography technology for industrial applications for the aviation, aerospace, and weapons such as the field of precision industrial components to provide non-destructive testing new means. With the industrial CT applications in the field of nondestructive testing of the constantly expanding, it is the performance of industrial CT put forward higher requirements, such as higher spatial resolution and density resolution, faster image generation time fault. In order to achieve higher performance indicators, its ICT equipment after transmission of data collection system will greatly increase the amount of data. Therefore necessary to design a performance to meet the requirements of the current ICT data collection transmission systems.In this paper, a detailed description of an optical fiber communication based on industrial CT data transmission system of the research, design and implementation. Its main part is divided into a data acquisition and data processing, transmission parts. Part of data collection using one of the FPGA design. Data-processing part of ARM microprocessor-based programming. The part of data transmission using fiber-optic network based on TCP / IP transmission protocol. Data acquisition using a altera 's EP1C6 models of FPGA for data collection and act as a FIFO.Procedures design of ARM microprocessor, based on the use of UC / OS-II real-time multi-tasking operating system program design. Because inside UC / OS-II, there are some inadequacies, so on the UC / OS-II kernel is also a corresponding improvement of the design, and finally applied to the collected data transmission system. At data transfer part of Ethernet chips used to connect fiber-optic transceiver module formed in a fiber-optic Ethernet and connect to Host computer data post-processing and image display.Finally the article on the system performance of each module analysis shows, the results show that the system on the existing foundation system performance has been impressive and can satisfy the real needs, at the same time have a good performance space.
