Abstract/Summary:
Construction project risk management is one of the most important parts of construction project management. Whether the construction project can success depends on the decision-maker can make the right decision or not. However, the construction project is more complicated, it involves with more and more uncertain factors, and it faces with more and more risks. This leads to the construction project management that needs lots of data. So decision-maker can't do the effective decisions according to himself or team. With the application of IT, DSS can help decision-maker do the effective decision, and the technology of DM and DW will help DSS deals with lots of data that supply the technology support.The paper introduces the development of DSS, the contents of data mining and the theories of project life cycle risk management. With the help of object-oriented, it constructs the model of DSS. The model considers the parts of system as objects. It reduces the distance of model between the tongue expression and computer expression and improves the understanding. The paper researches the demand of DSS and combined with the utility theory and constructs the structure of DSS, and combines with the DM and DW. DW supply the data source to the DM and DM mines the data in DW and becomes the effective knowledge. It can be processed by the questions processing system. Data mining is critical technology of the realization of DSS. The paper analyzes the arithmetic of data mining and introduces the CAMM arithmetic. It is applied in the exertion phase of construction project life cycle. The advantage of CAMM arithmetic is that it can reduce the data processing work, improve the efficiency. The result of CAMM arithmetic applied in the exertion phase of construction project life cycle is that it can help decision-maker find the risk and supply right decision-making to the decision-maker. Data warehouse can supply with the space to data mining. The paper analyzes the structure of data warehouse, constructs the structure of data warehouse. At last, it constructs the fact table and dimension table of exertion phase of construction project life cycle data.
