Research On The Publication Service System Of The Public Culture

The publication service system of the public culture mainly refers to the summation of cultural institutions and systems combined for the purpose of providing the citizens with publication of cultural goods and services, among which the main part is the Government's public sector to meet the basic cultural needs of citizens. To improve the publication service system of public culture is also the duty of the Government that can not be shirked. It is also the crucial responsibility to implement the spirit of 17th national congress of the communist party of China. It is of great importance to build a service-oriented government, to promote socialist cultural development of great prosperity, to safeguard their cultural power, to enrich the civic and cultural life, and to construct a harmonious society.At present, the publication service system of the public culture is still in its infancy and still needs great improvement. Therefore, this article is based on the standpoint of the construction of publication service system of the public culture following the guidance of publication theory. This thesis attempts to explore the current problems in the application of publication theory that are urgent for further improvement from the angle of empirical approach, thus to shed light to the future application and theoretical construction of publication service system of the public culture through the proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Consequently, the purpose of cultural service system to better serve the people can be ensured.This study chose the subject of the publication service system of the public culture on the basis of wide range of research literature with the combination of studying of present publishing practices and current situation of public publication service from a micro angle. It also studied the connotation and denotation of publication service system of the public culture, as well as the main issues on building the publication service system of Chinese characteristics. In addition, it further explored the relevant implementation principle, implementation conductor, construction model, assessment criteria, and so on, in order to communication with other academic staffs and practicers.
