With the development of the mobile communication network, mobile payment has become a new mode of payment for its incomparable advantages such as flexible, convenient, whenever and wherever possible transaction. However, due to the narrow business scope, providing few kinds of products and lack of independence and security, the development of domestic mobile payment is restricted largely.According to the development status and problems of the domestic mobile payment, this thesis designed and implemented a mobile micro-payment platform, which was independent of mobile operators, banks and merchants. This customer-centric platform was built on the basis of the mobile operators' communication network, took WAP as the wireless communication access technology, used bank cards for payments and completed the payment process via Web Service. At first, this thesis selected the mobile payment solution of the platform through comparison and analysis.Then, according to this payment solution, an overall design of the micro-payment platform was made, including software architecture design, network topology design, logic architecture design, transaction process design, system function module design, database design and platform's security policy design. Based on the designs above, this thesis made a detailed study of the key technologies of the platform and their implementations.The distinguishing features of this thesis are reflected in the following aspects: 1.Put forward J2EE four-tier architecture model by introducing the data persistence layer into traditional J2EE three-tier architecture; 2.Built a loosely coupled system framework SSH2 by means of integrating Spring, Struts2 and Hibernate; 3.Established WAP server by Tomcat and issued the bank side Web Service based on XFire, which supported HTTPS connection; 4.Achieved micro-payment security through merchants' credit manage, setting the maximum amount of micro-payment transactions, adopting improved solution of WAP security gap and access control based on system roles.The main functions of the mobile micro-payment platform have been developed, and Guiyang Mobile is performing internal test on it. Test results indicate that this system is stable, and desired application effects are achieved.
