Environmental dredging project is to maintain, improve and protect lakes and reservoirs of effective measures. However, people do only a little research on the impact of the dredging project to the water, and there is no systematic research on the results of the dredging. It is difficult to quantitative analysis of dredging works on the dredging water ecosystem impact. Construction, the corresponding evaluation system is of great significance and necessary. In addition, in determining whether the contaminated lake sediment can be dredged, how to be dredged, the related impact on the ecological effects of a major policy decision, the lakes and reservoirs dredging project evaluation and technology are indispensable.Eutrophication is the evaluation of environmental dredging projects in the evaluation system and important part of an evaluation. Because the way, time and depth of the lakes and reservoirs dredging are different, so the evaluation methods of eutrophication vary. This paper studies on environmental dredging project evaluation system in lakes and reservoirs eutrophication evaluation, do the following work:(1) Collect the relevant literature at home and abroad,master the situation progress of the situation progress in the area of eutrophication, collect related concepts of eutrophi- cation evaluation system ;(2) Be familiar with the Unified Modeling Language in the process and Development, master UML modeling mechanism, understand the related concepts of UML, and be familiar with UML modeling and UML-based information system modeling process;(3) Intergrate the foreign and domestic eutrophication research, combine the actual situation at home. Sum up the evaluation factors, index system and method of the eutrophication. Compare the evaluation methods that are commonly used(4) Take use of the mechanisms and information system modeling method of UML, construct the lakes and reservoirs eutrophication evaluation system model.(5) Selected Carson index, modifying Carson index and Terry index evaluation of environmental law as the basic methods of the eutrophication evaluation in environmental dredging project and program the evaluation process.
