Study On The Application Affection Of Internet Control Technology

Internet needs to be controlled, and this control has a rather narrow definition in this study paper. It indicates the government or authorized administration department exerts intentional influence on internet, with the intention of"tempering"and"adjusting"the inner and outer elements of internet communication system, thus enable their harmonious interactivity and facilitate the healthy and benign development of internet.Technical methods could be used to effectively control internet, which is the product of high technology. Due to the existence of unhealthy and junk information, especially virus in internet, we should introduce a more advanced technology to eliminate them.However, new communication- simply the outcome of technical supervision and development, would arouse the conflicts between technical control and public privacy, people's right of free speech and internet morality. These conflicts inevitably affect the effectiveness of"controlling"technology.Therefore, for the purpose of harmonize every single element of internet communication system, internet controlling should not be limited in the control of its inner factors, that is, its substance and individual activities; controlling from the perspective of sociology should also be taken into consideration. Meanwhile, after the narration of those technology applications and specific examples in internet controlling, this thesis obtains the viewpoint that there are three kinds of outcomes in technology application: the first is the failure of technology; the second is the discordance of technology and legal and social means; the third is the disagreement of technical methods and application environment, i.e. the internet communication environment.One of the focal points of this thesis is to find out the reasons of the ineffective or the failure of technology, and have a deep thought from the aspect of the uncertainty of technology itself, the contradiction between the subject and object of controlling, and mass communication and sociology. Then, give the solution aiming at better the internet controlling.
