Supervise control and Analyze System of Telecom breadth take Internet Customer Behavior is the key system in China Telecom Group OSS (Operation Support System) structure. The paper discussed telecom standards, requirement module, database design, system interfaces during the system process in order to obtain grounded techniques.At first, the author states research background and thesis topic, then it rounds up the China Telecom Group standards especially technologies related including j2ee, structs etc. Therefore, design rules and system requirement detailed was presented from which the Internet Business workflow in Jiangxi telecom is the most import part with a guideline of Internet network mainteince and development.Then, the paper designed the software function structure with application characters from Jiangxi Telecom demands conclusion. In following charpter, software technique followed, including software design, client case, data interface, etc.The last part of this paper point out some deficiency in this project.
