Power is one of the products which is used the most widely and is the most useful and is used the mostly now. Power quality is the quality of the power public connection. The reason of it is the widely use of the nonlinear, impacted and unbalance load. The power quality technique is constructed of power quality standards, testing analyzing power quality and the control of power quality. The fields of power quality instrument and power quality control device have become a new industry as the power quality technique developing. The main specification has six parts: power frequency, the deviation of voltage, the power system harmonic, the unbalance of voltage, the fluctuation and flick of voltage, the temporary and transient overvoltage.PQ116 II power quality analyze instrument is a kind of the professional power quality instruments in shanghai power quality BGAD CO.Ltd. It can sample and record data, analyze data, monitoring power quality specification on line. The feature is multi-channel, little error of phase analysis and inter-harmonic analyze. The soft can calculate all power quality specification from tested voltage and current signal. The instrument has two main functions: the first, it can judge that whether the power quality specification is beyond the national standards. The other, it provides the base data to the power filters.This article introduces the function and construction of PQ116II power quality instrument software. The soft is developed from Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. The function is: harmonic analyze, long-term analyze and statistic power quality specification. The construction has three main parts: sample system, FFT analysis system and statistic system.After the product is finished, it is used widely. The superiority of it has been proved.
