The Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management System At Universities

This paper takes an actual project/application as background,bases on the construction of digital campus,designs and implements a scientific research statistics management system.The first part of this paper is the introduction to the background of the project/application,the state of art in this domain at home and abroad and several techniques involved,such as J2EE,Struts and XML.The second part of this paper is the requirement analysis of system.The third part of this paper presents the design of the system,including the frame of system,functional modules and database schema.The forth part of this paper gives the implement of the system.This paper especially takes personal information management,query and numerical statement,examine and approve work-flow and data exchange for example to illustrate the implement in detail.The fifth part of this paper shows the effect of the system.This paper designs a data exchange module based on XML,realizes data exchange between heterogeneous databases.This paper uses data dictionary which allows the reuse of code to enhance the flexibility of the system.This paper could be a valuable reference to the development of other systems.
