The thesis stems from the item "the intelligent blasting and information defended system" importantly supported by the Fund of Hubei Physical Science. The researchand design of a metallic anticorrosive power is one of the key parts of the stem.With the development of micro-electronics, computer technology, digital signal Processing, communication, and improvement of system dependability, it is more and more necessary to make the new corrosion control system, which has better security, dependability and can supply power continuously, need few maintenance or no maintenance.The component parts and control principle of metallic anticorrosive power are mainly introduced in the paper. The main circuit, pulse width modulation circuit, driver circuit, safeguard circuit are respectively analyzed. Hardware and software are both expatiated systematically. At the same time, the designing of high-frequency transformer, as well as the characteristics of IGBT are discussed..The metallic anticorrosive power is made up of main circuit and control circuit. The main circuit is made of rectifier, filter, high-frequency transformer, output reactor, and half-bridge inverter, where IGBT is adopted. In order to obtain accurate and real-time control, high performance microprocessor ARM LM3S48 is adopted for control kernel. In the power source, a PWM technology and the feedback fuzzy-PI double module algorithm is used to adjust the output volt-ampere character of Power source. The digital signals from microprocessor are firstly converted into analogy signal, which is then modulated by pulse width modulate chip SG3525 into two pulses not overlapped each other. At last the pulses are used to spring IGBT after they are magnified by chip EXB841. So the character of the anticorrosive power is improved. The model of the main circuit is set up and simulated by Multisim, the feasibility of the circuit is proved by the simulation results.The software of the controller is discussed; include the flow start and several important parts. Through analyzing both fuzzy control and PI, taking advantages of the characteristics of fuzzy and PI, the fuzzy-PI double model is applied in the controlling strategy. Then, it especially designs fuzzy controller. Moreover, it describes with details the software frame and represents the name of measurement signal and controlling logic. The model of the soft is set up and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The feasibility of the controller is proved by the simulation results. Reliability and noise resistance designs are also covered. In order to reduce their bad infections, some hardware are and software measure are adopted. The simulation results indicate the control system has many advantages. It can meet the request of power source, and improve the automation degree of metallic anticorrosive power.
