The Design And Realization Of Analysis Management System Based On Magnetostrictive Ultrsonic Guided Wave Detection Data

Nowadays, more and more enterprises and institutions store and manage data through the internet or network which has rapid popularization and good performance improvement and has also laid the good hardware foundation. The present paper based on the demends of detection of Beijing Special Equipment Examination Center, take the network as the environment, has designed and realize a Data Management System by studing the technology based on Magnetostriction Supersonic Guided Waves Lossless Examination.This topic's research content has following these three points. 1st Studies the MsSR3030 magnetostriction guided wave instrument which the possession of Beijing Special Equipment Examination Center, determines the multiple source experiment test plan, uses this instrument to carry on the pipeline lossless examination skillful base on massive experimental training, and analyzes the examination result, lays the experimental foundation for the guided waves data analysis management system.2nd Analyzes the empirical datum document format and the corresponding experimental parameter meaning which the instrument creates, lays the Theoretical basis for the guided waves data analysis management system.3rd Studies the overall project design and the application frame of this data analysis management system which has based on C/S structure. Studies emphatically based on the matlab mix programming technology mathematical analysis module development and based on the multi-thread technology application module development and so on.The main development duties of data management system are including backstage database design and establishment application procedure development. Through carries on the analysis and to the function module division to the data analysis management system demand, determined this system's client side GUI development uses Visual Studio. Net 2005, language is C#. The server end database development uses SQL Server 2005. The mathematical computation processing software uses Matlab R2008a.Through the use of the system, to facilitate testing data graphics display, defect analysis function as well as user and data management functions. Greatly enhance the efficiency of day-to-day work.
