With the rapid development of the national economy,the degree of electrification in various sectors is higher and higher.But the electric equipment produces electromagnetic interference into the power grid while it is working,and produces the impact and harm to the safety operation of power system and the normal work of the equipment.In response to this phenomenon,this paper,combining the power-algorithm, introduces the designing and development process of the power quality data center based on.NET,and optimizes the ETL-process of the power quality data processing system, makes a research on PQDIF and optimization techniques.Through analysis system of the power quality data center,user can get a scientific and objective result in the power quality assessment.The power quality data center will play an important role in energy saving and make the power network safe and reliable.
