With the development of society, electrical power has become an indispensable and important energy in modern humans, and people are paying more and more attention to power quality. However, there are not unified standards of monitoring and analyzing power quality. The incompatible of data storage formats and data output formats between various systems of power quality makes it difficult to exchange data. In response to this situation of electrical enterprise, the data exchange platform is designed and developed using the. NET platform in this paper, based on PQDIF which proposed by IEEE Standard Committee, and it implements data sharing. The platform not only achieves data exchange of C/S architecture, but also can accomplish format conversion to complete the second data exchange through B/S architecture. Through the data exchange platform, electrical enterprises can do centralized monitoring and comprehensive analysis of power quality within a large area, to provide scientific suggestions for the power quality management. Then they can improve power quality to guarantee the people's life quality and the production of national industries.
