The dynamic management of oil development involves oil production analysis and design of development measures, regulation of recovery schemes and other manifold works. Production decision plays a very important role in improving production and efficient exploitation. Therefore, it is important to use information technology to do assisting strategic work of oil development dynamic management.The development of the dynamic management strategic supportive system is studied in major, including the design of assisting strategic supportive system model, the establishment of assisting strategic knowledge framework and the realization of assisting application system and other main parts.
