Based on the analyze of life cycle model of software projects and the practical problems encountered,this paper investigated the requirement risks and constructing costs of electric power software project using traditional life cycle model method.In an attempt to lower development risk,shorten project period and reduce the development costs,a new fast development model supporting business self definition and the development of its fast modeling tool are introduced and described.The advantages of this new modeling tool compared with traditional ways are given in a practical case study where the asset definition and electric power production business definition were used using this new method. |
