Research On Web-based Collaborative Manufacture Management Method And The System Development

In recent years,the level of enterprise information management has greatly improved,but the management of the production process is the weak links.Therefore, thinking over about the actual demands of collaborative manufacturing production management,from the collaborative manufacturing management mechanism, coordinated scheduling algorithm,etc.,this thesis studies internal coordination of the workshop production management methods and discusses key technologies of workshop collaborative management system and develops the prototype system.In collaborative manufacturing management mechanism fields,this thesis analysises common manufacturing system management mode and contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of them.On this basis,the single-plant production system control mechanisms base on CONWIP mechanism and many workshops coordinated control mechanism are proposed.Through the acquisition,monitor,output of the information flow to control,and collaborate the workshop production.It can ensure delivery of products and ensure the profit-maximizing of the enterprises.In collaborative scheduling algorithm fields,this thesis analysises the collaborative scheduling problem.And studies the idea of greedy algorithm and greedy rules application in dynamic scheduling.On this basis,it presentes a heuristic algorithm framework to solve the job-shop scheduling problem and mechanisms of mixed greedy algorithm dynamic scheduling strategy.The typical cooperative manufacturing scheduling problem as an example to carry out simulation studies to verify the algorithm.To solve practical problems of collaborative manufacturing scheduling and management,this thesis thinks over about the production of the actual situation and demands of Luping Machinery Co.,Ltd,and develops a scheduling function at the core of collaborative manufacturing management prototype system.The software based on Web frame and distributing B/S structure,the system is developed by ASP(Active Sever Pages),database technology,module design method and Web page creation tool. Through establishing the legal usage right,everybody can takes part in the system,which makes the system advanced,flexible,opening and dependable Besides,the actual production data for example,gives the system examples and simulation results,the proposed collaborative mechanisms and scheduling policies have been instantiated to verify.
