This issue is to support projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology - tube detection technology. For the problems of quantitative and intelligent, in close connection with the require of Actual Scene, through theoretical analysis and experiment to the actual application, Thesis systematically sums up the intelligent detection technology of oil pipeline magnetic flux leakage. The paper deeply studies on the theory, signals, waveform analysis, influencing factors, design and practical application about pipeline magnetic flux leakage testing.Basing on the theory of finite element analysis, this paper uses ANSYS to simulate the standard flaw of oil pipeline magnetic flux leakage, studies the relations between magnetic flux leakage signals and the size of flaw, the speed, lift-off height of hall sensor, can differentiate internal flaw and external flaw.Thesis puts forward the general principles of magnetic circuit calculation, base upon the two magnetic circuit basic equations and Quebracho Cauchy equations, models the actual magnetic circuit into mathematical modeling, derives out the calculation formula of magnetic flux leakage inspection device magnetic circuit, and thus designs the magnetic flux leakage inspection the of magnetic circuit devices.Apply MATLAB to produce a common magnetic circuit design, and the software has registered as independent intellectual property rights. To design the Magnetic circuit with the software, makes it easier for users to achieve human-computer interaction and shortened the equipment development cycle.Hall element used as magnetic flux leakage defect detection sensors, as well as the Magnetic flux leakage testing devices homemade of UA301, Data Acquisition Board, to do the actual measurement in the pipeline 0325mm with standard wound. Experimental verification that the minimum size to be detected is a hole with standard wound, the diameter is 2mm, 10% depth of wall thickness...
